Terms of Service
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of products from Pysselverkstan. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms below.
Digital products
All products sold on Pysselverkstan are digital files delivered electronically via email. We do not sell any physical products, and therefore no shipping costs apply.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct incorrect prices, and rectify any errors in product information or descriptions at any time.
Order
When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Always check that your details are correct before completing your order.
Pysselverkstan reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being completed.
Delivery
Delivery is digital to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Products are usually sent within minutes of completed payment, but delivery times may in some cases be affected by technical issues or payment confirmations.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address and ensure that delivery emails are not blocked by spam filters or other settings.
Payment
We offer payment via the payment options displayed at checkout, such as Klarna and other available payment services.
Right of withdrawal and refund
Since Pysselverkstan sells digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act generally does not apply.
By completing the purchase, you consent to the immediate commencement of delivery of the digital content, and thus the right of withdrawal ceases when delivery has begun.
If you experience problems with your order or receive an incorrect file, we will of course help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Use of the material
All products from Pysselverkstan are protected by copyright and are sold for private use and for use within one's own family, class, or children's group.
It is not permitted to resell, share, distribute, upload, copy for commercial use, or otherwise spread the files to third parties without written permission from Pysselverkstan.
Schools, preschools, and pedagogical institutions may use the material within their own operations after purchase, but the files may not be shared with other operations, departments, or organizations.
Product information
We always strive to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may differ slightly depending on the screen, printer, paper, and print settings.
Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information on how we handle personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
Changes to the terms
Pysselverkstan reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The terms that apply at the time of your purchase are those that will be applied to the order.
Disputes and choice of law
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law shall apply to these terms.

Pysselverkstan is run by Nathalie Hedström as a sole proprietorship. The business is approved for F-tax and registered for VAT in Sweden.
Pysselverkstan offers digital products for children and families, such as coloring pages, crafts, bingo games, nature hunts, and other printable activities.
