How do I get my products?

All products at Pysselverkstan are digital files. After completing your purchase, your files will be sent directly to the email address you provided when ordering. You can also download your files on the confirmation page after purchase.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery usually takes a few minutes. If you don't find your email, we recommend checking your spam folder as well.

What do I need to use the products?

You need access to a printer and paper. Our products are delivered as PDF files that are easy to print at home, the office, the library, or at a local printing shop.

Can I print the products multiple times?

Yes! You can print as many times as you like for personal use. Perfect if you have several children who want to do the same activity, if something goes wrong, or if you want to save a copy for later.

What age are the products suitable for?

It varies between different products. On each product page, you will find information about the product and can see images of it. Some products have a recommended age, but we advise always looking at the product images. All children are different and are capable of different things <3

Can I use the products in school or preschool?

Yes, you can use our products in school, preschool, or other educational activities for your own group of children or class.

You may print the material and use it in your teaching or activity, but the files may not be shared, sold, uploaded elsewhere, or distributed to other departments, schools, or operations.

Each purchase is valid for the person, family, or business that bought the product.

Can I get a refund?

Since our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply. If you have a problem with your order, we will, of course, be happy to help you.
